Description

The original of this little gem was found in a second-hand book shop in Stromness, Orkney, nearly 40 years ago. Grubby, and clearly the work of an amateur, it has charm and, more importantly, provides a unique glimpse into how a group of socially privileged people based at Westness House entertained themselves on Rousay in August 1986.

We have produced a facscimile, retaining as much of the charm and character of the original images as possible. It is printed and trimmed to the actual size of the original: approx. 15cm x 22cm, and includes all 70 pages (excluding the cover).
